BACOLOD City – Four persons were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation that resulted in the confiscation of 20 grams of suspected shabu valued at P136,000 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police arrested Charles Castro, Jason Sabellano, Christian Fajardo, and Orly Escuadro, all of legal age and residents of the locality around 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
Police said the main subject of the operation was Castro, but the operatives also recovered alleged illegal drugs from the other three.
Charges for violations of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, were filed against the suspects, who are currently detained at the San Carlos City Police Station./PN
