BACOLOD City – A police antidrug operation led to the arrest of four people in Purok Paraiso, Sitio Sibucao, Barangay Banago.
The buy-bust target, 34-year-old Ceferiano Barbas, was caught, said Senior Inspector Larry Teovisio, Police Station 3 commander.
Three plastic packs of suspected shabu, P200 cash and drug paraphernalia were confiscated from Barbas.
Three others were caught in a “pot session” during the operation around 4:15 p.m. on March 25: Barbas’ brother PJ, 29, and sister Aira, 33, and Maria Aleja, 38, of Barangay Singcang-Airport.
They yielded an improvised tooter and other drug paraphernalia. They will be subjected to a drug test.
All four suspects were detained in the Police Station 3 lockup cell and charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
