BACOLOD City – Four pedicab drivers were arrested in a drug sting operation in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
They were identified as residents 23-year-old Jobert Ocsimar, 25-year-old Anjo Batcho, 21-year-old Marvin Nalon, and 23-year-old Ronnie Libron, a police report showed.
Thirteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 4 grams valued at around P48,000 were seized from the suspects around 1:40 p.m. on Friday, the report added.
Ocsimar, Batcho, Nalon, and Libron were detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
