ILOILO City – Five plastic packs of suspected shabu were seized in a police operation in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district.
Officers arrested a suspected drug dealer – resident Kelly Castro – a police report showed.
Castro sold to undercover officers a sachet of the substance for P1,200 at around 10:30 p.m. on Monday.
Four more sachets of the same substance with a street value of P5,000 were seized from him, stated the police report.
Castro was detained at the Mandurriao police station.
He faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
