In Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, 29-year-old Richard Pendon yielded three sachets of shabu around 11:50 a.m. on Nov. 4.
Pendon was a resident of Sitio Tuburan, Barangay Poblacion. He initially sold a sachet to an undercover police officer.
Two more sachets were seized from him.
