BACOLOD City – Charged with malversation of public funds, a man was arrested in Barangay Sum-ag, a police report showed.
The 50-year-old Roger Jaspe of Barangay Singcang-Airport was caught on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to Criminal Case Nos. 15-41602, 15-41600, 15-41603, and 15-41598 that he faces, police said.
Jaspe was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 9.
The court recommended a total of P140,000 bail bond for Jaspe’s temporary liberty./PN
