BACOLOD City – For illegal gambling, the court ordered the arrest of seven persons in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The suspects were residents Louie Gabia, 40; Christian Gallardo, 27; Rene Boy Allera, 25; Dante Alquisalas, 30; Rolen Hilado, 24; Marvin Tanque, 25; and Angelito Poloyapoy, 52.
They were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10:30 a.m. on May 3 in the city’s Barangay Punao, a police report showed.
Judge Jose Meno Ruiz of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in San Carlos City issued the arrest warrant on April 7, 2021. He recommended a P30,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of the suspects, who were detained at the San Carlos City police station.
