ILOILO City – The passenger jeepney they were riding crashed against a car on the coastal road in Barangay Dacutan, Dumangas, Iloilo.
Sanbert Dilag, Rosalindo Deocampo, jeepney driver Dexter Dilag, Susanita Dilag, Mary Joy Villaguas, 9-year-old Prince Gabriel Hena, and 5-year-old Ziv Lean were injured, a police report showed.
The car driver identified as Welmar Divinagracia was also hurt, it added.
They were all rushed to the Ramon Duremdes District Hospital in Dumangas for treatment.
According to the police, Divinigracia was navigating the road when he lost control of his car, hitting the jeepney that was running in an opposite direction.
The crash happened around 3 p.m. on Tuesday./PN.
