CAPIZ – Nine individuals tagged as wanted persons were apprehended by the Capiz Police Provincial Office (PPO) in a weeklong operation.
Capiz PPO, headed by provincial director Colonel Jerome Afuyog Jr., successfully served the arrest warrants for two most wanted individuals and seven other wanted persons from Feb. 12 to 18.
In addition to this, one was caught violating Republic Act 10592, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Two individuals were also caught for illegal fishing in the province.
Capiz PPO recorded four surrenderees of illegal firearms and one former CTG supporter’s surrender./PN
