ILOILO City – Nine sachets of shabu were recovered from a drug pushing suspect in Barangay Guiso, Calinog, Iloilo.
The 28-year-old Romie Galaez was detained at the Calinog police station on Jan. 20.
Around 8 p.m., an undercover police officer bought from Galaez a sachet of shabu for P300.
The suspect yielded eight more sachets when frisked after his arrest.
Galaez faces a charge for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, specifically from illegal drug possession and peddling the same./PN
