ILOILO City – A charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was being readied against a drug pushing suspect in Panay, Capiz.
The 37-year-old Jupiter Badagodos was arrested in a buy-bust operation of the police in Barangay Tico, Panay on Tuesday around 4:50 p.m.
Three sachets of shabu were seized from Badagodos. He was detained at the municipal police station.
The suspect was a resident of Barangay Agbalo, Panay./PN
