ILOILO City – Charged with serious physical injury, a resident of Barangay Dinginan, Roxas City was arrested by policemen.
From his house around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, the 30-year-old Dioneto Biaco was taken to the city police station.
The arresting police officers were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Bonifacia Carmen Chuchi Ramos of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 3.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Biaco was able to post bail that the court set at P6,000 for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
