ILOILO City – A 49-year-old woman accused of estafa was arrested yesterday in Barangay Ayaman, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
From her house, Jocelyn Amador was taken to the municipal police station.
Judge Daniel Antonio Gerardo Amular of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 35 issued Amador’s arrest warrant for 24 counts of estafa.
The court also set Amador’s bail bond at P666,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if Amador was able to post bail for her temporary liberty./PN
