ILOILO City – Someone slapped him, and he didn’t know why or what for.
The 18-year-old Alain Ilano of Block 6, Lot 7 of JEM Subdivision in Barangay Guzman, Mandurriao district, told the police a man passed by and — to his surprise — suddenly struck him on the face around 5:30 p.m. on May 15.
Ilano said he was just outside the Kids’ Cabin Tapsilogan eatery at the time. He did not know the man.
