ILOILO City – While working on the top floor of a four-story pension house in Balasan, Iloilo, a 57-year-old carpenter got electrocuted.
Henaro Abelita of Barangay Aranjuez, Balasan sustained burns and wounds on the body. He was confined in a district hospital in the town.
Senior Inspector Orlando Fangena, town police chief, said the incident happened around 8 a.m. on Monday in Barangay Poblacion Norte.
Abelita was checking the electrical wiring of Rodcon Pension House when he accidentally touched a live wire, said Fangena./PN
