ILOILO City – After 21 years, a robbery with homicide suspect was arrested in Barangay Buyo, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
The 49-year-old Rafael Ferrer went on hiding after a warrant of arrest was issued against him on July 25, 1996.
Santa Barbara police officers detained him at the municipal police station after arresting him around 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday.
Regional Trial Court Branch 19 Judge Sergio Pestano issued the arrest warrant./PN
