BACOLOD City – A man was wounded after his brother allegedly hacked him on Monday in Barangay Bacuyangan, Hinoba-an town.
The 39-year-old Danilo Blanco, a resident of the place, sustained wounds on the different parts of his body.
His older brother, Elizar, 47, allegedly hacked him with a bolo, police said.
The suspect was arrested in a hot pursuit operation.
The victim was brought to Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital in Hinoba-an for medical treatment but was later was transferred to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City.
The police said an old grudge was the motive of the killing./PN
