ILOILO City – Two men engaged in a fistfight in Barangay Timawa Tanza II, City Proper, a police report showed.
Gloredo Tahena told the police Edwin Panaguiton started it.
He claimed the latter verbally threatened him before kicking him on the stomach.
Tahena fled toward a cemetery when Panaguiton pulled out a knife, the police report showed.
Deraco went home to get a firearm of unidentified caliber.
He went to the cemetery, fired the gun and fled, police said, citing witness Abraham Gulloran.
