BACOLOD City – Police were still identifying the motive in shooting a man in Barangay Buluangan, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The 22-year-old Peter Loar fled after he fatally shot the 28-year-old Branso Pelarion, police said.
Loar and Pelarion were both residents of Barangay Nataban, San Carlos City.
Pelarion was walking in Barangay Buluangan on Thursday when Laor suddenly appeared and fired at him three times, investigation revealed.
Pelarion sustained gunshot wounds on the different parts of the body.
Police have yet to locate Loar./PN
