BACOLOD City – His motorcycle and cash were carted away, a man reported to the officers at the Kabankalan City police station.
The 64-year-old Jessie Peñoso of Barangay 1, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, told the police that the 27-year-old Michael Dagunan took his motorcycle and P1,400 cash.
Peñoso said he entrusted to Dagunan the monocycle and the money to buy water containers around 2 p.m. on Jan. 13.
But Dagunan has not returned since then, Peñoso said.
