VICTORIANO Mindot and Jennelyn Nobleza topped the 2018 Iloilo Dinagyang 8th 21k Half Marathon menâs and womenâs categories, respectively, on Sunday.
Mindot posted 1:15:19. Roger Molinos followed with 1:16:45 while Jiro Jaro ended up with 1:19:43.
Nobleza dominated the distaff side of the run with 1:37:36. Abegail Odelmo (1:48:42) and Tessai Demontano (1:50:30) placed second and third, respectively.
The top three finishers received cash prizes of P5,000, P3,000 and P2,000, respectively. Ten Herschel bags and three Apple watches were given out to other participants in a raffle.
The Dinagyang Run was for the benefit of city government and the Marian Rose World Missionâs program against cervical cancer, said Moises Salomon of the Iloilo City Sports Development Division./PN
