BACOLOD City – Joint elements of the E.B. Magalona police station and the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 6 arrested a man charged with homicide in Barangay Canlusong, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.

The 25-year-old Andy Esguiran was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Felipe Banzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 in Silay City, Negros Occidental issued on Nov. 4, 2011.

Eguiran was detained at the E.B. Magalona police station custodial facility on Monday.

The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for Esguiran’s temporary liberty./PN
