ILOILO City – Beware of drunken strangers.
A 16-year-old boy learned he had to be more suspicious after he was attacked along J.M. Basa Street, City Proper.
The boy was standing along the road and waiting for a jeepney ride on Sunday evening when a drunken man struck him on the right side of his face, a police report showed.
The boy told the police he was clueless on why the drunken stranger would hit him.
He then sought help from the police. The boy sustained a bruised face.
The drunken man fled to an unknown direction after the incident, police said. (Panay Balita/PN)
