ILOILO City – Four employees of a convenience store on Delgado Street, Barangay Edganzon, City Proper were arrested for allegedly stealing a bottle of liquor and a pack of ice.
Police Station 1 took the following persons in custody. They face qualified theft charges, a police report showed:
* Alvin Arlanza, 21, of Barangay Pungtod, Cabatuan, Iloilo
* Justine Duero, 21, of Barangay Tagsing, Santa Barbara, Iloilo
* Roseshel Emanel, 23, of Barangay Balantang, Jaro district
* Rejjy Bordon, 23, of Barangay Mostro, Anilao, Iloilo
Quix Mart manager Ritchel Espares, 27, caught them taking a bottle of GSM Blue worth P99 and a kilo of tube ice worth P15 without paying at the cashier at around 1 a.m. on Saturday, stated the police report.
Espares placed the four under citizen arrest and turned them over to responding police officers./PN
