BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The 34-year-old resident Junmar Kyamko was caught after selling shabu to an undercover officer for P600 around 9:30 a.m. on Friday along Burgos Sea Breeze Street in the village, a police report showed.
Kyamko was a newly identified drug suspect, according to the police.
Recovered from Kyamko’s possession were was a sachet of shabu, three empty sachets with traces of suspected shabu, a cellphone, P140 cash, and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Kyamko was detained at the San Carlos City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (With Mae Singuay/PN)
