ILOILO City – Illegal drug charges may be filed against a resident of Barangay Buyuan, Tigbauan, Iloilo.
Officers in Tigbauan arrested the 36-year-old Romer Gatumbato in a buy-bust operation at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Barangay Parara Norte in the town, a police report showed.
Gatumbato faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Six plastic packs of suspected shabu and P2,300 cash, including the marked money, were seized from him.
The Tigbauan police took the suspect and the recovered items in custody./PN
