BACOLOD City – An attempted murder suspect will definitely be jailed.
The court has not set a bail bond for the temporary liberty of the 21-year-old Narciso Villafranca Juanitas Jr.
Juanitas was arrested in Barangay Mambaroto, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
A laborer, the suspect was a resident of Purok Agho in Barangay Canturay, Sipalay City.
The Sipalay police found him near Seaoil gasoline station at around 10 a.m. on April 4.
Officers led by Chief Inspector Nazer Canja, Sipalay police head, and deputy Senior Inspector Clifford Batadhay served him a warrant of arrest.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 (Kabankalan City) issued the warrant just this Feb. 19.
Juanitas was detained at the Sipalay City police station custodial facility./PN
