ILOILO City – Eight plastic packs of suspected shabu were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dapitan, Pototan, Iloilo.
Leonard Semeniego Jr. was arrested, too, a police report showed.
The 36-year-old resident of Barangay Jamabalud, Pototan yielded the substance and a P500 “marked money.”
Officers from the Pototan police station, Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office, and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 6 staged the operation at 2:15 p.m. on April 12.
The PDEA Region 6 took Semeniego and the recovered items in custody.
