BACOLOD City – Her brother found her hanging in her bedroom with a blanket tied around her neck, a police report showed.
The 47-year-old Ana Calvo of Barangay Balaring, Silay City, Negros Occidental was rushed to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Memorial Provincial Hospital where attending physician Dr. Romney Sentinar pronounced her “dead on arrival.”
The 45-year-old Gilbert Calvo saw his sister hanging around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
Ana’s body was brought to the Lasting Peace Funeral Parlor in Silay City.
Police were still investigating the death./PN
