BACOLOD City – The No. 3 most wanted person in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental had been arrested.
He was the 20-year-old Arnold “Bro” Arevalo of Barangay Manlucahoc, Sipalay City, a police report showed.
Arevalo was caught around 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday in Barangay Nabulao, Sipalay City on the strength of three warrants of arrest.
Judge Rosario Ester Orda-Caise of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 issued the arrest warrants for murder on March 17, 2015 and for forcible abduction with rape and rape on Jan. 16, 2017, police said.
Arevalo was detained at the Sipalay City police station lockup facility.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
