ILOILO City – A nightclub dancer was arrested for beating a colleague on Yulo Street, City Proper.
Girlie Petente, a 25-year-old Butuan City, Agusan del Norte native, was taken to Police Station 1.
A stay-in dancer of Camp Jefferson, she was arrested at around 2:30 a.m. yesterday after attacking fellow dancer Lorry Grace Calaguas, 25, of Pampanga.
According to Calaguas, Petente barged into her room and hit her with a bottle on the face. She showed to the police her injured face.
Both dancers had a misunderstanding, police said./PN
