AFTER a string of intrigues she’s had to grapple with in recent months, Nadine Lustre now appears to have a clearer picture who among her supporters are “real” and “fake.”
The 24-year-old actress, one-half of the in-demand “JaDine” tandem, took to Instagram Thursday to address her and boyfriend James Reid’s fans.
“To all of our real supporters, we appreciate you all. Thank you for showing nothing but love and positivity, not only to this fandom, but the others as well,” she wrote in her Instagram Stories.
She added, with a door emoji: “To all the confused/hot-and-cold/fake fans, here’s the door. We don’t need your bs here.”
It’s unclear what triggered Lustre to come out with a sharp statement about her fans, but the Viva contract artist has notably faced a number of scathing rumors in recent months, with her legion of supporters coming to her defense.
Among these are the “misunderstanding” with her and Reid’s “Never Not Love You” director Antoinette Jadaone, the reportedly aborted casting of Lustre in a Jun Lana film project, and a viral clip of her preventing a female fan from taking a selfie with Reid at a club. (ABS-CBN News)
