ILOILO City – A six-year-old boy drowned after falling in an excavation at a housing project in Barangay Capaliz, Dumangas, Iloilo.
Resident Willy Jay Zamora was playing with his friends at around 6 a.m. on Saturday when the incident happened, a police report showed.
Locals fetched Zamora out of the excavation and rushed him to the Dumangas District Hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”/PN
