EQUIPMENT undertaking the excavation along Lacson Street in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental as part of the construction of drainage system.
The whole drainage project, implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bacolod City District Engineering Office, stretches from Mandalagan Bridge to 6th Lacson Street in the amount of P 35.0 Million, and from 6th Lacson Street to Rizal Street in the amount of P27 Million.
Based on the data from DPWH Bacolod City DEO, both projects near completion. When completed, the said drainage projects would address the flooding problems in the city./PN
