ROXAS City – He was drunk and danced naked at the public plaza in Sigma, Capiz that was why he was arrested.
The 50-year-old Richard Dela Tina, a beautician and resident of Barangay Poblacion Sur in the town, was caught on Monday night.
There was a food festival being held at the plaza at the time.
According to the police, Dela Tina initially took off his upper shirt and eventually his pants, exposing his genitals to the public.
