BACOLOD City – Two drug suspects were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Handumanan, a police report showed.
The 43-year-old Jowen Padilla and 30-year-old Joemarie Villarin were caught after their names were put inside a Police Station 10 drop box.
On June 22, police officers staged the operation which led to the arrest of Padilla and Villarin, who yielded five sachets of suspected shabu estimated to be worth some P12,000.
Padilla and Villarin were detained at the Police Station 10 lockup facility.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
