BACOLOD City – The suspect in shooting a man to death in Hacienda Fepalid, Barangay Luna, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental has surrendered.
The 45-year-old resident Alexis Goniabo allegedly had a hand in killing his 42-year-old neighbor Elmer Deocampo around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
