ROXAS City – He was fixing a faulty electrical wire at their house when he got electrocuted.
The 14-year-old Ramil Alcazaren of Barangay Agbanog, Pontevedra, Capiz died, a police report showed.
After touching the live wire, Alcazaren was rushed to a hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”/PN
