ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a resident of Barangay General Hughes, City Proper was arrested on Thursday.
The 58-year-old Beltran Macariolam was listed as the No. 6 most wanted person in Miag-ao, Iloilo.
Joint operatives from the Miag-ao police station and Police Station 1 served Macariolam a warrant of arrest at around 10:30 a.m.
Police Station 1 temporarily held the rape suspect in custody.
The court did not set a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
