ILOILO City – Police arrested an illegal gambling suspect in Barangay Tambobo, Dumangas, Iloilo on Monday.
Mary Jennifer Hover was taken to the municipal police station.
Officers caught the 54-year-old resident of Barangay Tabucan, Dumangas collecting bets for the illegal numbers game “bookies” at 11:45 a.m., a police report showed.
“Bookies” paraphernalia and bet money amounting to P700 were recovered from Hover, police said./PN
