ILOILO City – A rape suspect was arrested in Barangay Tad-y, Sara, Iloilo.
The court did not set a bail bond for the temporary liberty of Ernie Posadas, a police report stated.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at 1 a.m. on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old was listed as the No. 4 wanted person in the police station of Batan town.
A resident of Barangay Calangag, Batad, Posadas was charged with two counts of rape. The crime happened in the town, police said.
Posadas was hauled to the detention facility of the Batad police station./PN
