ILOILO City – Police arrested a resident of Barangay Balibagan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
The 49-year-old Neri Sucatron faces an illegal gambling charge.
He was caught soliciting bets of the illegal numbers game “bookies,” a police report showed.
Sucatron was taken to the Santa Barbara police station after his arrest in Barangay San Sebastian, Santa Barbara at 1:10 p.m. on Monday.
Bet money amounting to P780 and gambling paraphernalia were seized from him, the police report stated./PN
