BACOLOD City – Police arrested a 40-year-old rape suspect in Barangay Locotan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Morito Catulbas was hauled to the Kabankalan City police station lockup cell.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest in his house on Wednesday.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 issued the warrant on June 28.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
