ROXAS City – They were arrested for allegedly selling shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Tiza.
Micheal Funa of Barangay Inzo and Geron Deocampo of Barangay Lawaan were caught in a drug buy-bust operation around 6:50 p.m. on Saturday, a police report showed.
Officers from the Roxas City police station recovered from their possession five sachets of suspected shabu and the P1,000 marked money.
The officers also confiscated a motorcycle and a cellphone from the suspects.
Funa and Deocampo were detained at the Roxas City police station lockup facility.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
