BACOLOD City – Charged with acts of lasciviousness, a man was arrested in Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
He was the 48-year-old Hernane Valderama Jr. of Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, a police report showed.
Valderama was caught on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Ma. Gisella Janina Sanchez-Tan of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued on June 27.
Valderama was detained at the Cadiz City police station lockup facility.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
