ILOILO City – Two men were mauled and stabbed on Simeon Aguilar Street in the component city of Passi.
Stephen John Arante, 25, of Barangay Bacuranan, Passi City and Rex Dimzon, 21, of Dorillo Street, Passi City were confined in the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district.
Around seven people ganged up on the men at around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Arante and Dimzon sustained stab wounds and bruises all over their bodies.
They sought help from the police while the suspects fled.
