KALIBO, Aklan – A man facing a drug charge was arrested in Barangay Andagao around 12:30 p.m. yesterday.
The 31-year-old Barangay New Andagao resident Joshua Legaspi was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Ronald Exmundo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 7 in this capital town issued on July 11.
Legaspi faces a charge for violation of Section 15 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
He was detained at the Kalibo municipal police station lockup facility.
The court recommended a P10,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
