ILOILO City – A 33-year-old computer shop owner was accused of not remitting the Social Security System contributions of his employees, a police report showed.
Police arrested Regin Rex Dequiña in his house in Barangay Railway, La Paz district. La Paz officers served him a warrant of arrest at 8 a.m. on Friday.
Dequiña was charged with violation of Republic Act 8282, stated the police report.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the La Paz police station.
The court set the bail bond for his temporary liberty at P72,000./PN
