ROXAS City – Inside a police station lockup facility was where a man landed after authorities recovered from him a gun and ammunition.
Barangay Tabuc, Maayon, Capiz resident Tony Diosaban was arrested around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday in Barangay Bailan, Pontevedra, Capiz, a police report showed.
Recovered from Diosaban was a .38-caliber revolver without plate number loaded with three live bullets and a fired cartridge placed inside a cylinder, the report added.
Diosaban was detained at the Pontevedra municipal police station lockup facility.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
