Music icon Gary Valenciano has returned as a judge in hit celebrity impersonation contest “Your Face Sounds Familiar (YFSF) Kids” after his successful battle with cancer.
The 53-year-old Valenciano hurdled medical procedures in recent months, including an open-heart surgery, and an operation to remove a malignant tumor from his kidney.
The hitmaker recently shared on Facebook a video of YFSF host Billy Crawford welcoming him back to the show against the backdrop of cheers and applause from the audience.
“Ahhhhh the feeling of coming back to work!!!! It felt more like play than work actually!!!” Valenciano captioned the 44-second clip.
“Thank you to all those who welcomed me back to #YFSFKids2 See you all soon k? God is good,” he added.
Valenciano’s return to YFSF will be featured on its July 28 episode, he said. (ABS-CBN News)
